 Sun, sea, rest and space: that is what you can find in El Perelló and enviroment. This place is situated in the north-east of Spain on the Costa Dorada, about 50 km. to the south of Tarragona and 150 km from Barcelona. The property is perfect for those looking for tranquillity, nature and culture lovers who enjoy relaxing, walking and cycling, nice food and cultural excursions. Nature and beaches are here still unspoiled and the prices in the inland are very attractive. FINCA LA ROCA BLANCA On our still active finca (farm) “La Roca Blanca” we make our own biological olive oil. Our finca is located 5 km from the unspoiled coast and 1.5 km (approx. 15 min. walk) from the lively village El Perelló. Here, in a beautiful valley, we have three cosy casitas and a big casa with a communal swimming pool for rent. The whole is located on a terrace-shaped domain of 6 ha. with 450 olive trees, 150 almond trees (pluck your own in August!) and various other trees.   
The casitas Uno ( 5 persons), Dos ( 4 persons), Tres (4 Persons) and Casa de Campo (8 persons) are detached and left in their original state as much as possible. Further they have almost unlimited outside space, which means you will always find an ideal spot for relaxing. The water comes from a communal source and energy is created by solar panels and a generator. For our guests we serve a Spanish meal 1 or 2 times per week. In most of our houses dogs are welcome. In addition, we have 7 more houses in management in the vicinity of our finca. Of course, these casas apply within our motto: Sun, sea,rest and space.  On the domain of the finca you will find Casita Uno, a detached Spanish casita (50 m2) It has a veranda(18 m2) from where you have fantastic views over the valley. Further it has all necessary facilities and you can use a communal swimming pool. The house is for 5 persons and for the cold months there is a woodstove.  Casita Tres is not big but very cosy The house is for 4 persons and is 32 m2. It has almost unlimited outside space, which means you will always find an ideal spot for relaxing. And of course you can use the big communal swimmingpool, not far away from the house. Price€210 - €495
 This House is 150m2, provides space for 8 people and has 4 bedrooms. We found classic Spanish furniture for this house. The sun terrace is 42 m2 and has also a beautiful view. Price €210 - €895
MORE BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY HOMESBecause of the many demands for rest and space, and sometimes a little more luxury we extended our offer. At approximately 500 m of our finca Roca Blanca, we have found two houses: Tres Amics and Casa Fiqueres. And 3 km from El Perelló and from the coast Casa Oleandre. At 9 kilometers inland, you will find Casa Mallenca, this comfortable casa rural from 200m2 for 7 people.  CASA OLEANDRE: You cannot see another house from your veranda, but oleanders, old olive trees and ... the sea! This House owes its name to the oleanders, and on the finca 3.5 ha. are wonderful olive trees. From the terrace you have seeview! Casa Oleandre is approximately 120 m2, has 3 bedrooms, a mezzazine, central heating and a fireplace for use in the winter and is suitable for up to 7/8 persons. Price €315-€795 
CASA FIGUERES: From your bedroom see the sunset ... enjoy a beautiful seaview Casa Figueres, named after the owner/artist Figueres, is on a hill top from where you have a great prospect on the Mediterranean and the Ebro Delta. The finca is 1 ha. The original casita is extended to approximately 110 M2 and has a creative design with four bedrooms, a patio with BBQ and is suitable for 9 persons. Price €350 - €795  CASA MALLENCA: In the mountains, in the middle of nature, with beautiful views to the Mediterranean. At 9 kilometers inland from the Costa Daurada, you will find this large casa rural from 200m2 for 7 people.
